FACILITIES
| Le Chene Vert offers 10 acres of private park and woodland in which is set its' own 5 acre lake. The lake has exclusive fishing rights meaning no local licence is required. See below if you are interested in fishing. |  |
We have 2 yurts and 1 safari style bell tent on site, each with it's own space around it. Why not book the whole site and bring friends and family. Two cooking areas, two bathrooms and three barbecues ensure that you can enjoy your privacy. Why not spend the evening with other guest around the campfire toasting marshmallows. |

A separate cabin houses the toilet and shower facilities. There are 2 separate toilet and shower rooms. One of the showers features hydro massage body jets. Hot water is available all day. The toilets and showers are mains supplied and do not rely on solar power or composting flush systems, however we use an eco friendly waste disposal system. |

BBQ and picnic facilities are available. Aside from the large built in barbecue each yurt is provided with it's own barbecue. There is also a barbecue. by the lake. The barbecues are portable and you are welcome to take them anywhere on the grounds. Picnic tables can be found in several locations around the grounds. In addition to the three situated on the parkland you will find one under cover in the summer kitchen and there is one situated next to the lake. Charcoal and fire lighters are available to buy on site. |  |
For those wishing to cool off in the summer we also have an 8m swimming pool. A water volley ball net is also provided. The pool is above ground and the ladder can be removed when not in use so you have no worries about small children accidentally falling in. There is also a multi-purpose sports pitch offering badminton, volley ball or 5 aside. Sports equipment (tennis and badminton racquets, football etc) is available on site. |

All your cooking needs are taken care of in the Abri, our large outdoor covered summer kitchen, where you will find a gas cooker and freezer. A second smaller covered cooking area is also provided with gas hob. Each yurt also has it's own fridge. All your crockery, pans and cooking equipment are provided. The kitchen is well equipped to cater for the 2 yurts and 1 bell tent on site. The water is mains supplied and the tap water is drinkable. We also have a fire pit where you can sit of an evening round a camp fire. It is also possible to barbecue. over it. Wood is freely available around the grounds. |

If you choose our Luxury package all your bedding (duvets, pillows and sheets) and towels are provided in your yurt or safari tent and are included in the cost of your stay. If you opt for our Experience package you will need to bring Duvet or sleeping bag and towels. On your arrival you will also receive a complementary luxury welcome hamper. As well as containing essential groceries you will also find a range of luxury organic toiletries as well as a few extra special treats. |

Once a week we host a barbecue evening for our guests. Join us for an apéritif while we roast chickens on a rotisserie over the fire pit. Wine, salads and a dessert are also provided. You can book and pay on arrival if you wish to join us. For those wishing to dine out you will find an excellent restaurant 5 minutes walk from the main gate, and 3 further restaurants can be found within a 5 minute drive. With a diverse range of cuisines on offer, from gourmet to simple local fayre, you will be spoilt for choice. Limoges is a 10 minute drive and a supermarket, bakers and butchers are only 5 minutes by car. The local boulangerie offers excellent quiches and other meals to take out. |
